Basic: £18 000 - £20 000
OTE: £30 000-£35 000

Formed in 1999 specialising in Operations and Information Technology and offer services in Finance, Accountancy and Secretarial Support for both Investment banking and Securities market.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you duties will be:
•Sourcing of candidates
•Responding to all candidates and client phone calls
•Discussing of weekly targets with Manger/ Directors
•Obtaining and performing candidate interviews
•Cold Calling Companies
•Meeting Deadlines
•Meeting set Targets
The successful candidate would ideally need to be a graduate:
•Graduate with degree preferred but not essential
•6 months experience within a sales and target driven environment
•Positive attitude
•Strong work ethic
•Flexible approach with a strong aptitude to learn
•PC Literate- Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
