The Role: An all round generalist role with a small HR team. From writing and implementing policies, dealing with disciplinaries and grievances, communicating bonuses and confidential information, updating the handbook and much much more.
The Essentials: Solid HR generalist experience in professional services. Ideally CIPD qualified with a good understanding of employment law. You will be confident, pragmatic with professional demeanour and ability to influence all levels.
