FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVES - GRADUATE - PUBLIC SECTOR

My client is a leading publishing house working in Education and they are looking for Field Sales Representatives to join their successful sales team. Visiting schools within your specified territory to promote your titles and educational schemes and increase sales, you will need to be well organised and resilient. JOB TITLE: FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE - GRADUATE - PUBLIC SECTOR
LOCATION: SE LONDON, KENT, LEICESTERSHIRE
SALARY: £18-25K BASIC £25-30K OTE
The Role:
* This role is home based and you will you will visit teachers, heads of department and subject co-ordinators within a specified territory in order to develop and maintain strong relationships.
* To grow sales of your titles in schools and education establishments, achieving (and ideally exceeding) sales targets.
* To embrace and implement a ‘needs satisfaction selling\' approach.

* My client employs more than 1,000 people across three sites. Their headquarters are in London and Glasgow. The company has a long and distinguished history in publishing, beginning in Glasgow in 1819.
* They are one of the leading publishing groups in the UK, publishing a wider range of books than any other publisher.
Key Skills Required:
* You must be a graduate with a good degree or of graduate calibre with at least a year\'s sales experience.
* You should be well organised and have a positive energetic approach to everything you do.
* You must have a full, clean UK driving license and be IT literate.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills coupled with good presentation skills are essential.
