Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor - Merry Christmas
Location:
Ringwood, Surrey
My client require an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to be based from the office in Ringwood, Surrey. The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor will be working on D&B projects valued up to £30Million.
Remuneration:
£35,000 per annum (basic) plus a generous benefits package

The Company:
My client is a multi-disciplinary construction and property development group with in-house resources that gives them the flexibility and speed of response few in the industry can match.
They have recently won a series of projects which includes the Design and Build of a new Police Training Head Quarters in Surrey. My client now has a pressing need for an intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join an existing team to work on this project.
This will give the successful candidate the chance to develop and work on a wide range of duties and gain valuable experience of the whole life cycle of a project from inception to completion.
The Job:
The project is worth £30 million and is set to last around 2 years. It consists of the construction of training rooms, conference rooms, a gym, swimming pools and offices ensuring you are given a variety of work within a challenging environment.
As the successful Quantity surveyor you will be based on my client\'s site in Surrey and will be required to handle the sub-contractor packages, the procurement and the site measurement with the support of the Senior Quantity Surveyors.
You will then be given the chance to show your commitment and technical ability resulting in an opportunity to be promoted to senior level within the next 3 years
Requirements:
\" Contractor background with Design and Build experience
\" MRICS or MCIOB is desirable
\" BSc in Quantity Surveying or a construction related subject (candidates should at least be qualified up to HND level)
\" 3 - 5 years UK Quantity Surveying experience
