Divisional Finance Manager

Reporting to:
Divisional Finance Controller

Staff reporting:
Initial line responsibility for 1 staff member.

Main Duties:

Prepare monthly financial management information pack, including regular update of rolling forecast for three companies in Watford, Liverpool and Wimbledon.
Prepare statutory accounts. Liase with group auditors (Deloittes)
Oversee all financial housekeeping, including payroll.
Take responsibility for adequacy of internal controls within the business division and develop controls appropriate for its size and complexity within the total Group as a whole as it grows.
Oversee sales order processing
Play a full role as part of the financial management team of the Group.

Specific Tasks:
Preparation of the monthly management accounts and forecasts ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Distribute weekly KPI\'s to the executive team

Work with the Group Financial Controller and other departmental management in preparation of annual budgets and monitoring of performance vs. budget (Operational and Financial)
Develop the existing managerial information systems (in conjunction with information services) to automate further the processes and to cope with the projected growth of the group.
Assist the Group Financial Controller in corporate finance and tax issues and administration
Work with the departmental management to identify and achieve business efficiencies.
Be an integral part of the local management team assisting, advising and supporting local MD.

Systems Support:

An in-house Information Services department looks after IT aspects of all financial systems. The Financial Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all system developments continue to provide the information and financial controls required by the group.
