SENIOR CONSULTANT – RECRUITMENT TO RECRUITMENT
THE ROLE:
•You will be recruiting into a variety of niche vertical markets, placing recruitment professionals at all levels from trainee to director.
•Recruitment to recruitment is a candidate driven market, so a key driver of your role will be to generate quality candidates.
•A key skill is the ability to recognise talent, and develop relationships to their full potential.
•You will be learning how to interview recruitment consultants, both face to face and on the phone – not an easy skill!
•You will be working with an enviable existing client database, and building an in depth understanding of the recruitment markets in your area.
•You will be proactively networking and headhunting candidates.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
•You will need to have at least 12 months recruitment experience, and will have a proven track record of success in your market.
•You will have incredible communications skills, and be a very good judge of character.
•This is not a sales role, but you will need the ability to network and headhunt effectively.
•You will have very strong account management and development skills.
•You will have an enquiring mind and the ability to work with people of all levels.
•Recruitment experience from any market will be considered – what is most important is your personality and personal motivation.
BASIC: to £30k dependent on experience
OTE: £100k+ – uncapped commission
