Administrator Assistant Wanted

Our company is a leading City based boutique; Financial Services Emerging Markets headhunting firm. It is looking for an Administrator to expand the firms operations in the City of London.
The Administrator will assist in running and maintaining the firms operations:
Responsibilities include:
• Booking meetings, flights, conferences, events
• Travel to different countries may be required (Moscow, Almaty, New York, Istanbul, Dubai)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook & Visio
• Liaising and ordering with suppliers
• Updating systems & data entry (knowledge of databases is preferable)
• Research for ad-hoc purposes
Qualities:
• Pro – active and confident with a sense of initiative
• Excellent communicator on the phone and face to face
• Team player, friendly, approachable with a flexible attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• University degree preferable, not essential
• Good literacy and numerical skills
• Hard working
• Languages: Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Kazakhi, Greek preferable
Must be educated to a graduate level
The firm has one of the most competitive remuneration structures in the City whereby commission is based on individual and team based performance.
