The Associate Partner role requires exceptional professionals who have a passion for helping leading global companies maximise their performance. The Associate Partner’s key focus is to create big impact, high value partnerships with a handful of like-minded client organisations by providing long-term consulting strategies and systems that drive growth in profitability and business outcomes. You will have a natural talent for seeking out new opportunities, negotiating, leading teams and, over time, building executive advisory relationships. Partners have the intellectual curiosity and creativity to pursue solutions outside conventional frameworks.

Qualifications
You are a Senior Manager or Manager in a Big 4 or another top consultancy firm or a senior player within the industry with recent consultancy experience. You must be an established thought leader with a strong grasp of current issues affecting business performance and be a proven business developer, able to deliver £multi-million annual sales figures.
