Gallup is looking for Emerging Leaders to join our Partner team based out of London or Berlin. Emerging Leader opportunities are designed to immerse recent graduates and career starters with a few years’ experience into a fast-paced, focused career with Gallup with the goal of becoming an Associate Partner. Our Partners play a critical role in creating big impact, high value partnerships with a handful of like-minded client organisations by providing long-term consulting strategies and systems that drive growth in profitability and business outcomes. Partners have a natural talent for seeking out new opportunities, negotiating, leading teams and, over time, building executive advisory relationships. They also have the intellectual curiosity and creativity to pursue solutions outside conventional frameworks.

Qualifications
Candidates for this position are required to have a minimum of a bachelor's degree and demonstrate ability to asses business needs, identify areas of opportunity, build long-term relationships and have a thirst for knowledge.
