Principal Consultants are experienced professionals who lead research-based, multi-practice client engagements through their outstanding analytical, conceptual and leadership talents. They have the courage to make difficult recommendations to provide a solution that is what the client needs, not just what they want. Through strong internal and external partnerships, they create organisational change and measure implemented successes for clients. Principal Consultants are instrumental in assessing, together with the Business Head, the unique client needs and in turn provide key consulting/research input for concept proposals. They have extensive consulting knowledge and experience in employee/customer engagement, change management, attitude/brand research and strategic HR concepts such as Performance Management Systems, Talent or Competency Frameworks, Career Planning, Training and Development.

Qualifications
Through several years in a Big 4 or another top consultancy firm, you have demonstrated success in leading employee/customer engagement strategies, change management programmes, attitude/brand research and implementing strategic HR concepts in the areas of performance management systems, talent/competency frameworks, career planning, training and development. You must be highly skilled at interpreting numbers and have strong data processing and analysis skills. A proven client track record combined with an excellent academic background is essential.
