The Opportunity – Office Manager
As Office Manager you will work closely with the Directors in a full support
role while heading up and managing all office based operations and systems.
Critically you will have strong organisational skills as well as working to
extremely strict deadlines.
The Office Manager will have full responsibility for all operational issues
within the company which will include:
IT Support
Telecomms Support
HR Issues
Inducting new staff
Training on company procedures and internal systems
Managing office supplies
Facilities & Infrastructure Management
Events Management
Marketing
Minute Taking
The Office Manager will also have full control of all administrative procedures
and make recommendations for further efficiency as required.

The Right Office Manager
The ideal Office Manager will have extensive experience in an administrative
role within a large commercial organization (60+ members of staff). You will
be able to demonstrate strong management and interpersonal skills as well
as being well organised and able to prioritise your workload. You will be
proven in areas such as general HR, systems support and their
Implementation, management of complex administrative procedures as well
as being involved in marketing.
The Office Manager will be a proactive individual that will continually be
looking to improve systems and procedures within the company. They need
to posses a driven personality and a constant desire to exceed expectations.
The is a fast growing company therefore the Office Manager will
need to be adaptable, flexible and able to respond to priority projects when
they arise. You will also have full responsibility of implementing new
procedures that will increase the efficiency within the company.
