A Contracts Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor is required by a medium sized Main Contractor based in the Enfield area.

Remuneration:
£50,000 per annum plus a Premium Benefits Package

Benefits package will include:

The client:
My client is a modern forward thinking main building contractor with a customer focussed ethos that makes them unique amongst its competitors.

By repeatedly providing a high quality refurbishment service, my client has achieved a preferred contractor status amongst many of its customers and is currently turning over in excess of £28 million

The job:
Due to rapid growth my client needs a Quantity Surveyor that has the capability to do 50% contracts management

They would look at candidates that used to do quantity surveying and that have done contracts management for the last couple of years.

The majority of the work is refurbishment for local authority including social housing, school and Police stations worth from £500,000 to £2million

Requirements:
15+ years UK Quantity Surveying experience with contract management experience also considered. However contract management experience alone is NOT suitable
