Recruitment Consultant – Construction Sector
JOB TITLE: Construction Recruitment Consultant.
BASED: Central London.
BASIC: £25K – £40K.
OTE: £50K – £65K.
BENEFITS: £5K car allowance, 25 days holiday, expense account, BUPA and 5% contributory pension.
THE ROLE

•Due to company growth, this company is currently recruiting for both trainees and experienced Senior Consultants to join their various divisions.
•Last year their top Consultant earned £218K.

•Their reputation enables them to obtain PSL status with many key construction institutions in the UK.
•They currently they have 4 offices in throughout the UK.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•A minimum of 1 years recruitment experience from any sector is required.
•This company does not operate any KPI systems (i.e. they do not monitor the number of phone calls etc) as a result candidates must be able to work within a professional, mature environment.
•Key attributes associated with this role include being money motivated and career focused.
