BRANCH MANAGER – EXECUTIVE OFFICE SUPPORT
Salary: Basic salary to £50K, depending on experience
Benefits: Bonus based on team profit, private health, pension, uncapped OTE.
Location: City of London
THE ROLE
•You will be managing a team of existing consultants, with a specific brief to grow and develop the team.
•This is a non billing role, and you will have full P&L responsibility. You will be using your considerable experience to build on the already impressive performance of the existing team.
•This is a role which is a genuine step up the career ladder for the right person.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•You will have a proven track record of progress within your career to date.
•You will need to have some management experience, either at a branch or a team level.
•Experience of working within the HR / office / secretarial support sectors would be an advantage, but all backgrounds would be considered.
•You will need to have strong communication and mentoring skills, a professional and dedicated attitude to your work, and the ability to lead by example.
