Credit Analyst – Leasing / Asset Finance - to £45,000 plus benefits

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the largest specialist asset finance companies in the UK. Due to their continued success, our client has advised us of a requirement for an experienced credit analyst to join their underwriting team in an autonomous role.
You will be assessing business lending applications for advances in excess of £100,000, making lending decisions within your authority or recommendations to credit committee for larger amounts. You must have a good working knowledge of credit analysis, with at least two years experience gained in a similar business lending role with a financial organisation. You will be commercially aware and familiar with analysing balance sheets. As part of your role, you will be working closely with other areas of the business to ensure that transactions are turned around as quickly and efficiently. It is therefore essential that you are a customer service minded individual, an excellent communicator and possess good documentation skills.
Applicants should be well educated, computer literate and have a keen eye for detail. You must also be an efficient, effective a team player and keen to develop within the role.
