This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on and successful recruiter to start a division from scratch, define strategy and build an energetic and focused team.

Applications are invited from those candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years IT contract or perm recruitment experience who posses the ambition to drive and deliver their own business but maybe lack the resource and/or support to go it alone. The ideal candidate will exude drive, commitment and passion and will ultimately be seeking an opportunity to stamp their personality on what will be a fast paces start-up opportunity. It is expected that you will have the sales ability, communication and presentation skills required to liaise and influence at all levels of the IT community.

The successful candidates will be offered a negotiable package that will include equity for the right individual.
