Customer Service Representative - 7th July - 17th October - £8 - 8.50 - West London
The Company - Dealing with professional qualifications, educating and providing training materials.
The Role - Delivering a high quality service to customers, maintaining regular contact with them and responding accurately to all enquiries. This role will also entail processing customer bookings, transfers, cancellations and working with the credit control department, making sure all payments are completed.
The Essentials - The ideal candidate will have experience in customer services with a general interest in helping people. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to work as a team player and on own initiative.
