Our client is a leading specialist in HR and employment law. They are now ready to launch an exciting HR software solution to their existing client base, and as such, are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Field Sales Executive / Account Manager to join their team.

As a Field Sales Executive / Account Manager you will be responsible for working closely with HR Consultants and existing clients throughout the South East, demonstrating and selling our client’s software applications which operate in a Windows environment.

You will also be responsible for managing accounts and assisting with any queries clients have throughout the sale. Additionally, this role will also involve setting up and managing a User Group which will involve training both the company’s staff and clients.

To succeed as a Field Sales Executive / Account Manager you must have proven sales experience, ideally within software sales. You will also need the ability to confidently demonstrate software applications in a Windows environment.

With your excellent communication skills, and good understanding of IT, you will also need a self-disciplined approach to your work and the ability to quickly form good working relationships.
