Algorithm Engineer- Image Processing-C, C++, MPEG, Berkshire

My client is a leader in the development of real time video and tracking sub systems. They are currently looking to recruit an engineer or scientist with the following skills:
2+ years experience in development or application of image or signal processing algorithms
A good understanding of development tools such as Matlab or MathCAD
Have a knowledge of C or other high level languages.
Strong written, verbal communication and documentation skills required.
Able to work within a team or work on own initiative
