RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – CONSTRUCTION RECRUITMENT – HOT DESK!!!

Basic salaries to £30K, depending on experience
Benefits: Excellent uncapped commission structure and high achiever incentives, team incentives, team socials, pension, private health.
Location: London / City

THE ROLE

•Working a warm desk, specialising on professional Construction positions, in a number of specialisms, working with public and private sector clients.
•You will be working with an enviable existing client base, but with a specific brief to further develop the desk.
•You will be part of a highly successful team, which specialising in Permanent Placements, but works closely with the Contracts Teams.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

•At least 12-24 months recruitment experience, with a proven track record of success and stability.
•Construction Recruitment experience would be an advantage, especially in a contract market, but recruitment experience from any background would be considered.
•You will need the ability to both manage existing clients and candidates as well as strong business development skills.
•Strong communication and team working skills are essential.
