Head of Customer Insight, digital media & marketing, central London, to £70,000 + bonus + package. This leading global digital agency is now seeking a Head of Customer Insight to take over and drive forward the data analysis function. This is not a sales or business development role, but a role for someone that understands how data can be used to derive insight for customer marketing purposes, across different industries and different media. You will be driving the team forward analytically, managing the department and generally championing data analysis in the UK and European division of the agency. There is a mature Data Analysis function established in the US branch and there is considerable director-level support for this function in the UK, so if you are a highly numerate individual (Maths or Stats degrees preferred), with experience in customer insight/data analysis, and a desire to remain hands-on whilst taking on a newly-created, highly-visible head of department position, this is a great opportunity. You are expected to have a solid data analysis track record, with experience in any statistical packages, such as SAS, SPSS, KXEN, Clementine etc. Any Web metrics experience is a plus but you can gain training if needed in the likes of Omniture, Coremetrics, ClickTracks, Nielsen, Nedstat etc. The salary comes with pension, 25 days holiday, bonus etc. Please send in your CV or call Peter Shawyer for an informal chat
