Our client is an international children\'s charity. They are looking to recruit an HR Advisor to assist the regional HR manager in providing professional HR support, advice and guidance during the restructure of the UK country programmes. The main responsibilities include:
Assisting in the co-ordination production and formal evaluation of new job descriptions
•Assisting in the production of organisational structures
•Assisting in the production of establishment lists and personnel information
•Assisting the HR manager in proactively managing the redeployee process and identify, manage alternative employment opportunities
•Co-ordinating the administrative arrangements prior and post redeployment including the issuing of new contracts
•Offering support and advice to managers and colleagues
The successful candidate will have HR experience in a complex organisation. You will have HR skills and in resourcing and restructuring, change management, employee relations and employee communications and modern practice. Good IT skills are essential. CIPD is essential. The successful candidate will be prepared to travel and stay over night on occasions. Excellent organisational and communication skills are required.
