JOB TITLE: Recruitment to Recruitment Account Manager
AREA: North
BASED: Leeds / Yorkshire
BASIC: £25,000 flexible
OTE: £40K+ (Commission plus bens plus fully expensed mobile)
BENEFITS: Pension, life cover, fully expensed events, regular incentives etc
THE ROLE
* Taking over a very successful desk, billing £10k - £15k / month, placing experienced recruitment professionals into an existing set of clients
* Lots of warm business to pick-up on as well as active clients to take over to increase those billing levels further
* Candidate attraction process follows a proven methodology. There Is access to well populated database as well as all of the job-boards with and massive advertising budget
* Looking to fast-track suitable and interested consultants into team-leading and management positions ASAP as teams grown

* Approx 50 billing consultant
* Operate in Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Exec Search, graduate, international and R2R
* Looking to hire 18 more staff over next year
