JOB TITLE: Trainee Recruitment Consultant- Graduate - Financial
Salary: 24k-27K Basic Salary +35K OTE (1st Year)
LOCATION: The Strand, London


THE ROLE
You will enter the organisation as a Researcher/Head-hunter, sourcing candidates and jobs for consultants within the lucrative Financial sector. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain sales experience working in a top organisation. After proving yourself you will then move in to a Trainee Recruitment consultant role and gain the opportunity to start a prosperous career. The role is a stepping stone to this career and will provide a generous starting salary of 24K- £27K and a commission structure which will offer uncapped financial rewards.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Are you a 2:1+ graduate with a desire to succeed in a professional recruitment environment?
Do you have direct sales experience?
