BASIC: £27,500 flexible
OTE: £45K+ (Commission plus bens)
THE ROLE
* Taking over a desk, placing experienced sales professionals into new and existing clients across multiple markets
* Lots of warm business to pick-up on as well as active clients to take over to increase those billing levels further
* Candidate attraction process follows a proven methodology. There is access to well populated database as well as all of the job-boards with and massive advertising budget
* Very autonomous, mature environment where you run yiour own desk as you wish, without KPI\'s and micromanagement allowing you to concentrate on what you are good at – recruiting
