Our client is a small but long established company who design and market a growing range of ambient lighting products including the ever popular Lava-lamp. They now have an exciting opening for a Sales and Marketing Executive to join their London based team.

As a Sales and Marketing Executive you will be responsible for managing and maximising sales
To both UK and US based shops, retailers and catalogues. This will involve attending tradeshows in the U.K and the US, meeting retailers and a great deal of email and telephone contact. You will open new accounts as well as managing a large portfolio of existing ones, where you will be responsible for the administration of their orders. You will also contribute to press strategies and product development where applicable. As this is a small but exciting company you would be required to turn your hand to whatever is required on any given day.

The ideal candidate will posses a minimum of 12 months solid sales and marketing experience with stability and continuity. It would also be advantageous to hold either design or marketing qualifications. To complement your experience, you will have excellent communication and presentation skills coupled with advanced office skills and the ability to form relationships at every level.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 20-26k with an uncapped and very achievable first year OTE of 25-31k plus an additional benefits package.
