Business Development Manager – Information Solutions

Our client is a leading and premium business information company specialising global identity verification solutions, consumer and business analysis. Their leading service helps companies of all sizes address complex and often strategic information related issues. Due to continued growth they now have an exciting opening for a client facing Business Development Manager to be based from their London office.
As a Business Development Manager you will focus on the development of both new and existing Tier 1 UK and Global Accounts. Available vertical markets will be assigned and could include eCommerce, Gaming, Retail, Banking and Finance and/or many others. Business will be generated at senior levels where you will liaise with key decision makers in some of the UK\'s largest companies. You will develop, prepare and deliver factual presentations using internal expertise and support to close order values of varying size. It is anticipated that this role will require you to attend the London office 1-2 days per week.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, be intelligent, inquisitive and posses a minimum of 3-5 years business information sales experience. This role requires business acumen, motivation and a dynamic yet professional approach to sales and account management. You will have first class communication and presentation skills and the ability to liaise with customers at all levels. The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 40-60k with a first year OTE of 80-120k plus additional benefits.
