Our client is a specialist executive search firm in the private capital marketplace. This firm was founded in 1999 and has consistently developed an impressive client base consisting of financial investors such as Venture Capital and Private Equity funds, Hedge funds, Distressed Debt funds and Family offices.

Due to ongoing success and growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced contingency recruiter with strong academics to join their team as a Research Associate.

Your role will see you work alongside an impressive and market leading Consultant. Specific responsibilities will include:
•Compilation of target research lists, mapping documentation and organisational charts as the base for research, in addition to networking and additional telephone based research.
•A mixture of ‘desk\' (Database, Internet, newspapers etc.) and telephone-based research / analysis.
•Profiling and cross-referencing names from mapping documentation,
•Meeting prospective candidates and clients when appropriate,
•Maintaining working knowledge of industry trends and human capital related events.
Ensuring a consistently high level of Information Management
The successful Researcher / Analyst will have/be:
•Degree educated with solid ‘A level\' results.
•Excellent analytical abilities and research skills.
•Drive, assurance and enthusiasm.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Experience within a professional services organisation, or commercial environment.
•An interest in getting into the financial or investment banking executive search industry.
