Field Sales Representative - Education. Have you sold into the education sector or are you a qualified teacher with some B2B sales experience? Are you looking to boost your career with a highly respected company? My client is a leading publishing house working in education and they are looking for experienced Field Sales Representatives to join their successful team. Visiting schools within your specified territory to promote your titles and educational schemes and increase sales, you will need to be well organised, resilient and highly motivated. A good understanding of the UK schools system coupled with proven skills in sales and negotiation make you the ideal candidate for this role. JOB TITLE: FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE - EDUCATION
LOCATION: SURREY/BERKS, SE LONDON, LEICESTERSHIRE
SALARY: £18-25K BASIC £25-30K OTE

The Role:
* This role is home based and you will you will visit teachers, heads of department and subject co-ordinators within a specified territory in order to develop and maintain strong relationships.
* To grow sales of your titles in schools and education establishments, achieving (and ideally exceeding) sales targets.
* To embrace and implement a ‘needs satisfaction selling\' approach.

* My client employs more than 1,000 people across three sites. Their headquarters are in London and Glasgow. The company has a long and distinguished history in publishing, beginning in Glasgow in 1819.
* They are one of the leading publishing groups in the UK, publishing a wider range of books than any other publisher.

Key Skills Required:
* Experience of selling into the education sector or qualified teacher with some B2B sales experience.
* You must be a graduate or of graduate calibre.
* You should be well organised and have a positive energetic approach to everything you do.
* You must have a full, clean UK driving license and be IT literate.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills coupled with good presentation skills are essential.
