We are working with a leading name in the provision of employee benefits who can offer new and distinctive flexible benefit strategies. Working with commercial clients, they can offer cutting edge advice, scheme design, management and administration services. They are seeking a dynamic and driven flexible benefits specialist to join there team with the aim of ensuring the provision of all aspects of the Flex offering are at the highest standard. This will include advising on policy issues, managing and guiding staff, setting strategic goals and project managing all annual renewals. You will be expected to provide significant input into product development and developing supplier relationships.
We are seeking applications from experienced employee benefits candidates, who on top of a good knowledge of a wide range of employee benefits have specific knowledge of the options for benefit spends within a Flex structure, the tax and NI implications of different benefits, and an understanding of how these benefits can meet HR and client needs.
