Earn £9 p/hr Monday-Friday, 12pm-6pm
Hip fashion photography studio seeks highly organised individual to carry out basic day-to-day administration.
Your job will primarily involve recruiting Telesales Executives/Booker’s for their call centre and handling all the basic HR requirements/admin such as booking in interviews, confirming interviews/trials, placing adverts etc
You will also liaise with the Directors, Studio Managers, Diary Manager and accounts department with regards to daily figures, booker’s queries, hoaxes along with general paperwork and any other admin.
We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualities:
• Highly motivated & efficient
• Organised
• Excellent communicator/excellent writing skills
• Can cope under pressure
• Positive ‘Can do’ attitude
• Typing speed of minimum 50 WPM
We are looking for a full time permanent HR Admin Assistant to work 5 days p/wk on Monday-Friday from 12-6pm Please note that these hours may vary accordingly.
