Our client is currently looking for a recent graduate who is seriously looking to embark on a career in recruitment. They currently have a requirement for one person to join the Research Team, and are looking for candidates with real grit and determination, as well as having a corporate edge to them.
Initially you will join as a Researcher and will primarily be headhunting and mapping so previous telesales or some form of sales would be preferable though not essential. This is a cracking opportunity for a newcomer to recruitment and you will have a chance to look at any area of the business that would be of interest to you, as well as earning some good cash in the form of bonuses.
You will receive 1st class training from this organisation (listed in the Sunday Times Best Company to Work and received a special award for 'Best for Training & Development'), so providing you have the determination, drive and self motivation you will be armed with all the tools to ensure a place on the next company incentive!!
