Quantity Surveyor/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Commercial/Laboratory and Retail projects

The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor is required to work within an existing team but assume primary responsibility for procurement, estimating, preparation of cost plans, financial reporting and contract surveying on a range of high value commercial projects.
As the Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor you will needs to support the Senior Quantity Surveyor on commercial/retail/laboratories projects worth between £5million - £10million.

Location:
Oxfordshire (County only)

Remuneration:
• Up to £35,000 per annum based on Quantity Surveyor experience

My client is a successful Project and Construction Management Consultancy with offices based in Oxford and Cambridge.

The core of their business is high profile multi-million pound commercial, office and biopharmaceutical projects in and around the South East.

Due to an expanding workload they are now seeking Intermediate Quantity Surveyors / Quantity Surveyors to join their existing team.

Requirements:
• RICS membership or CIOB is a advantageous
• BSc or at least a HND in Quantity Surveying or construction related subject
• 5 years UK Quantity Surveying experience
• PQS/Consultancy and Construction background
