The Client:
My client is officially one of the UK\'s fastest growing companies. Within the last 9 years my client has grown to be one of the most respected Main Contractors within the Rail Industry.

With Britain\'s rail network due to receive £2.2 billion of investment over the next five years my client looks set to continue its expansion.

The Role:
Due to the continued and planned expansion of my client they are now looking for a Senior Commercial Manager or Commercial Manager to work on a range of rail based projects. This particular position is a very hands on role and will require the successful applicant to manage four other commercial staff.

The following duties are as follows:

\" Understanding and negotiating contracts.
\" Preparation and dealing with tenders.
\" Management of subcontractors.
\" Management of client accounts.
\" Management of Cash flow and Revenue streams
\" Management of Project Change Control
Procedures
\" Final Account settlements and agreement

Requirements:
BSc in Quantity Surveying is desirable
Rail contractor background
Professional qualifications to MRICS or similar would be a distinct advantage.
Commercial Manager experience is essential
