Location: Hounslow

Salary:
* £35 - 45,000 dependent on experience

Project:
Already completing there successful project on T5 my client has agreed a contract to rebuild T2 to the same scale and technology making it one of the most sophisticated airport terminals in the world. The main bulk of the project is civil engineering works valued at around £900m, and the construction management of buildings, valued at around £300m.

The Role (Senior Quantity Surveyor):
* Measurement, valuation and agreement of work sections.
* Preparation of interim application for payment and internal valuations.
* Interim administration and settlement of subcontractors\' accounts.
* Negotiation with clients representatives and other consultants.
* Preparation of monthly contract review reports and management accounts information.
* Advise project management on contractual implications of intended courses of action.
* Advise on commercial risks within the project or projects.
* Identify change and implement change control process and agreement.

Essential Skills(Senior Quantity Surveyor):
* 4 years+ of Quantity Surveying experience.
* Contractor background.
* Infrastructure experience advantageous.
* BSc / Professional Memberships are advantageous, but no means essential.
*Airport experience again advantageous but not essential.
