Our client, a leading search and selection specialist in public affairs and government relations has an exciting opportunity for a senior recruitment consultant / Manager to head up their Brussels operation.
With offices in London and Brussels and the largest dedicated team of consultants in Europe their clients use their services to recruit the most talented public affairs, government relations, and policy and speechwriting experts.
They regulary handle international assignments in Tokyo, Bangkok, Brussels, Prague and Warsaw with a substantial quantity of retained work, client paid advertising and full executive searches on assignments from £30,000 to £300,000.
The culture is entrepreneurial and sophisticated and you will be working with an excellent team, all of whom have social science degrees, a minimum of five years recruitment experience or an equivalent period in parliament, in-house communications or human resources.
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you will have the ability to analyse and identify political and business issues .You'll need to demonstrate an excellent understanding of the UK political scene and will have a track record in public affairs coupled with first class influencing and relationship building skills.
