Senior Consultant – Executive Search – Energy / Commodities

SENIOR CONSULTANT – EXECUTIVE SEARCH – ENERGY / COMMODITIES
Salary: Basic salaries to £75, depending on experience
Benefits: Exceptional commission structure, flexible working culture, home office
Location: City of London
THE ROLE
•This truly exceptional role has come about due to the consistent growth of the business, and would involve you working on Senior level appointments, with a support team of researchers.
•You will specialise in the energy and commodities market, with clients including producers, banks, utilities, consultancies, hedge funds and private trading houses.
•You have the opportunity to join existing practices or to build new practices
•The majority of your work will be on an exclusive retained basis, but your role will also involve specialist consultancy and bespoke recruitment assignments for your clients.
•You will also be offering strategic analysis and intelligence reports to assist your clients in developing their business strategies.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•At least 18-24 months recruitment experience, with a proven track record of success and stability.
•Experience of working with Senior Candidates and Clients would be advantageous, but not essential.
•You will be highly ambitious and self motivated.
•Experience of recruiting within the Energy or commodities area would be a bonus, but a genuine interest and understanding of the markets is more important.
