Associate Director ~ £60k ~ Construction Consultancy
My client is an internationally recognised consultancy with a requirement for an Associate Director with a quantity surveying background to be based in central London.

My client has been in business for over 160 years and has completed projects from £10million to £300million+, and has its head quarters based in London. They offer a wide range of consultancy services around the world, through various sectors from retail to commercial and from healthcare to residential.
Associate Director Role:
The successful candidate will use his/her vast quantity surveying experience to challenge and examine contracts and to oversee large financial movements within the London HQ. As an associate the candidate can expect to run the cost planning team, which is currently six people strong. Some of the projects you will be involved with include a £2.5 billion education roll out in Dubai, a £25 million BBC project, a £90 million civic centre project in Dudley, and a worldwide contract with a Dutch bank.
Associate Director Requirements:
- Preferably professionally qualified to MRICS chartered status or equivalent.
- Strong background in consultancy work
- Good understanding of contract administration and procurement techniques.
- At least 10 years quantity surveying experience in the UK.
