My client urgently requires four Intermediate Quantity Surveyors/Quantity Surveyors to join there current teams in West Brompton and Ruislip due to rapid expansion in the last few weeks
Location: West Brompton/Ruislip
Remuneration:
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum

My client is the second largest contractor in the world employing over 7,000 Intermediate Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyors working on projects within Water, Gas and Oil, Power, Leisure, Heritage and Culture, Social Housing, Health, Roads, Facilities Management, Education, Retail, Refurbishment, Defence, Rail, Commercial Property and Interiors, Airports, PPP/PFI. The Role:
You will be working in a team of five surveyors reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Managing Quantity Surveyor on rail projects in the London area valued up to £250million. You will become a valued member of there multi-disciplinary teams of which they will expect to develop new entrants through there training structures leading to career progression for those willing to accept the challenges of management.
Requirements:
\" Minimum 3 Years Quantity Surveying experience
\" Main contractor background
\" Rail/Civils experience preferable but not essential
\" Degree qualified advantageous
\" Chartered advantageous
\" JCT/NEC forms contract knowledge
