A global leader in communications and education for healthcare professionals is looking for a strong and experienced Senior Medical Writer to join one of their thriving teams, based in London.
You will be a creative, highly able and ambitious individual eager to get stuck in to a demanding and interesting role. As Senior Medical Writer, you will take ownership and responsibility for the delivery of high quality medical education and communication projects, ensuring that they meet project specification/brief, on time and to budget.
This diverse role also requires you to:
• Research, write, edit and proof copy to the highest standard (scientific and grammatical) for a full range of medical education and communications materials.
• Liaise with pharmaceutical industry key contacts and healthcare professionals.
• Assist in the development of new business pitches and contribute to the ongoing development of existing accounts.
The ideal candidate will have excellent scientific writing skills and the ability to adapt style and content for different target audiences.
The winning candidate will be educated to degree level or higher in a biomedical science and ideally will have experience in a medical education and communications agency environment.
