Due to rapid expansion and an extensive order book currently sitting at over £2billion my client urgently requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Managing Quantity Surveyor
Location: London City
Remuneration:
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum

The client:
My client is one of the major providers of rail renewal, track development, and electrical and signalling services across the UK and overseas with over 4500 staff that are currently based in over 21 offices worldwide. Teamwork and innovation are key to their business and the company has developed in house several unique, highly mechanised solutions to safe and efficient rail track renewals.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor/Managing Quantity Surveyor role:
My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to come on board and work alongside there Commercial Director on a project turning over £5million per annum for the next 10 years. You will be given full autonomy and be responsible for securing new orders, running current projects and closing out completed ones based from there office in London City with sites in the M25
Senior Quantity Surveyor/Managing Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years quantity surveying experience
• Experience in a similar role beneficial
• NEC forms contract knowledge
• Rail background
• Degree qualified advantageous
• Chartered advantageous
