Recruitment Consultant – International Legal Recruitment

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – INTERNATIONAL LEGAL RECRUITMENT
Salary: Basic salaries to £40, depending on experience
Benefits: Excellent commission structure and high achiever incentives
Location: City of London
THE ROLE
•Working as a part of the International Team, you will be working predominantly in the Western European Market.
•You will be working within the highly specialist world of Legal Recruitment, so will need to become a true niche recruiter.
•You will be working with Senior level clients and candidates and in a variety of different businesses, from Partnerships to Global Blue Chips.
•You will developing a real expertise in the European Legal arena.
THE COMPANY
•Market leading Legal Recruitment business, with offices in the UK, the Far and Middle East and Australasia
•Work with Legal professionals at differing levels of seniority, working on In House, Private Practice, International and Compliance vacancies.
•The existing team provides a strong combination of product knowledge and technical skills allowing the continual growth of the business and their enviable client base.
•Excellent working culture – highly professional, but human, with an emphasis on developing members of staff so that they can reach their full potential.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•You must have fluency in Italian, with other European Languages (especially French) a real bonus
•Ideally you will have practiced law (again European experience would be a real advantage), but as a minimum you should have studied Law.
•At least 12-24 months recruitment experience, with a proven track record of success and stability would be ideal.
•Legal Recruitment experience would be an advantage, but recruitment experience from any background would be considered.
