Graduate Banking Researcher / Analyst
A fantastic opportunity to work for one of the top Global Executive Search firms as a Researcher / Analyst focussing on the Banking industry. The successful candidate will want to establish a reputation for excellence within a top-class international firm and within the Professional Services industry.
This leading and well established Executive Search firm is based in the City, specialising in Financial Services Executive Search, they were established in 1995. They are in the top 15 Executive Search firms operating in the UK (ranked 12th overall and 3rd in their industry category). The firm has a global presence, with offices worldwide including: Sweden, the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) and Japan. Offering a boutique service to their clients, they are extremely well respected across sectors as well as within their own industry.
The role of a Researcher / Analyst includes:
•Compilation of target research lists, mapping documentation and organisational charts as the base for research.
•A mixture of ‘desk\' (Database, Internet, newspapers etc.) and telephone-based research / analysis.
•Profiling and cross-referencing names generated from mapping documentation and networking.
•Meeting prospective candidates and clients when appropriate.
•Maintaining working knowledge of industry trends and human capital related events.
•Ensuring a consistently high level of Information Management.
The successful Graduate Researcher / Analyst will have/be:
•Degree educated with solid ‘A level\' results.
•Excellent analytical abilities and research skills.
•Drive, assurance and enthusiasm.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Experience within a professional services organisation, or commercial environment.
•An interest in getting into the financial or investment banking executive search industry.
