JOB TITLE: Recruitment Consultant - Graduate/Trainee

Our client is currently looking to hire a high calibre individual to start in their company as a trainee recruitment consultant, recruiting into the public sector. They will provide all the adequate training but you must have a keen interest in recruitment and approach the role as the start of a career.
JOB TITLE: Recruitment Consultant - Graduate/Trainee
SALARY: £18,000 - £22,000 + Uncapped commission + company incentives
LOCATION: London, Milton Keynes, Reading, Buckinghamshire
THE ROLE:
• You will be fully trained both in house and will have the opportunity to attend any training courses you feel would be beneficial to your learning
• This role will initially be candidate focused, with progression to the client side of the business within 3 months
• Interviewing over the phone and face to face
• Although you will be given existing clients you will be expected to bring on your own business through proactive business development
• You will be expected to manage and control the recruitment process from start to finish

• Will offer a good basic salary and provides you with the opportunity to earn up to £40K in your first year
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• You MUST have a degree, from a top university
• You will have a strong sales background in B2B sales, estate agency or recruitment.
• You must be confident, well presented and be able to use your initiative when required
• You will enjoy working as part of a team but will relish the challenge of working on your own projects
• You must be a sociable, lively and personable character and be able to converse and get along with people at all levels.
