JOB TITLE: TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
SALARY: £18K + £35K OTE (COMPANY INCENTIVES, PENSION)
LOCATION: LONDON, SW
THE ROLE:
• You will start by learning every aspect of the industry, from screening and resourcing candidates, interviewing over the phone and face to face and learning all about the client side of the business.
• You will eventually be required to build your own client base and bring on new business to the company.
• Advertising fro vacancies
• Going on client visits and meetings
THE COMPANY:
• My client is a key recruitment firm within its sectors and handles, Finance, IT, Public Sector, Commercial and Media.
• They are primarily focused on the Investment Banking and Securities industry and the team has a combined 80 years in recruitment.
• They have fantastic offices, the ability for trainee consultants to go out on visits as soon as they enter and train their consultants to be experts in their fields.
KEY REQUIREMENTS NEEDED:
• Polished and presentable
• Very articulate and mature
• Confident, personable and have the ability to use your initiative and think on your feet when required.
• A graduate of a good university and with a good degree; no sales experience essential
• Preferably have done some sort of competitive sports or held positions of responsibility at University or school.
