Finance Recruitment – Sales Director

£50K - £80K basic plus Bonus, Pension, Equity
The Role:
You will be the driving force behind their teams of Recruitment Consultants working in partnership with the Board and Management.
Building a team specialising in financial operations and being able to mentor, lead, inspire, coach and guide to become a successful billing team;
You will ensure the group are hitting their financial targets through continuing tasks such as planning the days activities, holding regular team meetings, reports and budget presentations.

Formed in 1999 my client has grown steadily and organically. Each Recruiter specialises in their chosen divisions (usually having worked in that industry previously) which has meant a highly personalised and specialised service.
Clients are top tier Investment Banks, Global Custodians, Clearers, Asset and Fund Managers and Energy & Commodities.

You will have had experience in running a business and pushing a business forward, using a strategic approach and development of people and opportunities. It is not a role for the faint hearted as you will be coming in and taking over a team, you will also be growing the business in head count and in billings. This is a real opportunity for someone to impact a business where decisions can be made quickly and implementation of new ideas happen almost immediately.
