Job Title: Dutch/Flemish + French speaking Customer Service Executives

Company:
A major internationally operating pharmaceutical company supplying medical machinery worldwide. The client is based in Slough.
Role:
n Working with other departments and support services to ensure success.
n Processing of good inwards, maintenance of purchase ledger, stock control.
n Developing existing business, maintaining and growing customer base. Customer invoicing and maintenance of sales ledger. Purchase ordering from approved suppliers.
n Follow and comply with existing company rules and procedures Work to ISO 9002/EN46002 specifications and to Six Sigma standards.
n Preparation of contract quotations including renewal process and invoicing. Effectively deal with customer complaints.
n Maintain and improve customer satisfaction and quality of service. Maintain quality system compliant with quality policy
Profile:
n You will be speaking Dutch/Flemish and French at high level
n Minimum 2 years administration experience
n PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word & Excel.
n Ability to act on own initiative without supervision.
n Candidates will need to be able to be flexible or work late if the need arises.
n Good Listener – able to actively listen to the customer and operators.
n Self Confident – able to convey confidence in self and maintain belief in judgement.
n Sense of Responsibility – dependable, able to meet schedules, use good team management, appropriate conduct on job, counted on to carry out instructions.
n Good Communicator – possess effective and efficient written and verbal communication skills.
n An outstanding record of attendance and punctuality
