This leading UK fashion retailer is currently looking for a dynamic Fashion Retail Area Manager to cover their stores within South West London. For this role a salary of £40K plus car and bens is on offer. Being a true market leader our client has impressive expansion plans in 2004 to further promote their fantastic brand which incorporates all form of ladies wear.

• Multi-site management with a proven track record in fashion retailing
• Excellent people management and leadership skills
• Developing and motivating teams
• Maximising sales and profit through commercial decision making
• Good organisational skills and an ability to cope with fast moving workloads
• Effective time management and prioritising skills
• Demonstrated a flair for developing teams and spotting and utilising business opportunities
• Ability to deliver a strong profit & loss performance
• Experience of managing a number of high turnover branches with a combined turnover in excess of 15million
