The Position
A Recruitment Consultant within the Contract division of the Rail department. You will be providing clients with mechanical and electrical Contractors for station regeneration. You will be talking to clients and going on regular client visits on site. You will actively expanding and developing client relationships as well as bringing in new clients and providing candidates with ongoing support while onsite.
The Requirements
Team orientated, with some previous recruitment experience in any discipline. Must have confident sales ability and have the acumen to deal with client/candidate situations in a mature manner. You will be a competent administrator with good numeric skills.
