IT Recruitment Consultancy based in the heart of the City specialising in a ‘total solution’ for clients. They have the resources to provide clients with; recruitment solutions as well as systems integration and full software solutions, predominantly within the investment banking, fund management, publishing and pharmaceutical sectors. This is a young company (2 years) with sensible, yet ambitious growth plans.
The Position
You will deal with IT Recruitment for an impressive list of existing clients and you will actively develop new business. Although this company are results orientated there is a wealth of experience here to enhance your existing skills. You will be expected to stand on your own two feet dealing with the full Recruitment cycle creating new opportunities in this tough but rewarding recruitment market.
The Requirements
Minimum of one year (plus) in IT Recruitment (or two years as a successful consultant in another sector) You will be a top Consultant in your current company, able to demonstrate your success with fact and figures. Ideally you will have experience working for Financial Services/Banking/Fund Management clients and be a confident sales person with the ability to create new opportunities. You will be quality driven and deliver what you say, when you say it. As there are already some very high profile accounts at this company, you must have exposure of dealing with large blue chip companies at senior level.
